Product transfer and change engineer. I am basically the gate keeper between R&D and production and take care that all necessary documentation and tools are ready prior to a product being released from R&D and production. I am also responsible to follow up on change requests of released products.

Wondering if it good salary considering my seniority in the company. I know I have had some bad luck with our previous CEO being a tirant who rather sqeezed out his employees rather than reward them. Due to that I was not rewarded for getting my HBO5 degree or get a raise the position change prior to my current position.
