All in all, I am reasonably happy with my package. Though I am hoping to seriously negotiate soon. Feedback I have been getting has been overwhelmingly positive and the margin between my pay and what the client is being charged is enormous. If my boss is to be believed he is looking at me to step up into a new lead role that is opening up soonish.
