Hello BEsalary, I am currently looking for a new job. What would you say is realistic? As salary expectations I've given them 4K.

Currently I have an offer for 3,3K - 3,6K (going to try to push this up) of which all other advantages outside of salary are pretty much the same as what I have right now.

I currently make 3K gross, which ends up at about 2,2K net.
