Hi all,

Couple days ago I posted my current package, which is pretty terrible at the moment.

You can find it here, but you don't have to check it out: bottom line is, I have a master degree in industrial engineering (Ing), 5 year experience and make just over 4000€ gross/month without a car and without extra net compensation (I do get maaltijd & ecocheques, full 13th, another extra bonus and groeps/hospitalisatie).

I'm looking to move and I received an offer for an opening that I really like, but it's not a great package, so I declined. Hiring manager told me he'd look into it, and now reached out letting me know he's in talks with upper management to improve the package. 'To speed things up', he asked me to do a counter proposal. He let me know that he's looking to increase the gross salary/month in the package, but also told me to 'be creative' in finding a way to make the package more interesting for me, hoping that we can find an agreement somewhere.

I'm very unsure about how to approach this situation. How much more gross/month can I ask for without burning bridges? What would be other 'creative' ways to improve the package? The package I declined is the following:
