At the end of the year I am moving from a junior to medior profile. The client's bill rate will be increased and therefore I would get a salary increase.
If anyone has information about the bill rates (or bill rate % increase) for a junior, medior or senior level at 'a big pharma company at Puurs' that would be great to know, so my consultancy won't fuck me over.
