Research Engineer at a research centre, its my first job since leaving my PhD. Also, technically my PhD contract ends 10 days after the start of the new contract, is this illegal or everything is fine? Also, what is the difference between Net, Rémunération nette à payer on the contract? I didnt include the group insurance and meal vouchers on the net salary. As a PhD student I was getting 2621 per month and a partial 13th salary. Is there a room for negotiating? Any feedback is welcome.
