If i read other sales people's salary then it seems to me I could get more pay. Especially since I am in quite a high tech environment with deals between 50k and sometimes over 1.5 million euro. My current total revenue is 2.5 million per year with an average of 60% profit

The sector is quite niche and requires a medical or biomedical background. Am I doing okay for my age and sector or do you think I could do better? In all honestly the job is quite chill, I have worked for 9 years in a laboratory setting so for me it takes no effort to sell lab equipment. I like my colleagues and the freedom my boss gives me but I am doubting my pay. This is also my first sales job, before I was a lab technician working in a lab.
