I was happy about everything but I have not renegotiated my contract in 2 years and the situation is changing: like many of you, I’m going to lose IP ruling (~€350 less per month I think) and on top of that I’m doing a bit of team leading for the two young recruits (in addition to my work) and that was not the initial scope of my contract. So I’m wondering what I could ask for to re-evaluate my contract. What would you ask? Thanks!
