Hi all.
Just checking if my salary is indeed at the low side.
I'm a functional software tester for 5 years now.
Before I was in the army for 10 years (last 2 years as query and reporting at BudFin)
Before that several technical jobs.

Today, I'm also the backup of our test manager and the backup for our test automator. I can do little update to the code but I lack the knowledge of starting something from zero.

Any comments on how to improve my salary would be nice.
