From what I have seen here, I am definitely on the lower end of the salary scale (and it's demotivating). I was too stupid to think 2.2k with IP was good a deal and I didn't negotiate. On the other hand, I've become much more mature, I now know how to negotiate (read the book from Chriss Voss) and know what I am worth.

I will lose IP, and they will start introducing other benefits like cars, they are not able to compensate everyone in gross. Which might result in a car with an even lower gross.

The people are nice and I do have some okay-ish opportunities but the only way to make money is to hop. I want to work with a different language like Java which I don't have any working experience with, so a bit harder to land a job let's say.

What should I be able to get when I hop? Would 2.3k - 2.4k net + car be possible? I will start looking at Brussels too.
