Hi all, after lurking on this subreddit for a while. I feel like it's my time to add my salary here. (I know... Yet another IT-salary)

I have been working at this company for a little over one year now and haven't received a raise yet. I am going to have a talk with our hr department one of the coming days. Is my salary still ok. If not, how much of a raise is a realistic ask?
