Since last month I'm working for 2 years at my current job as Software QA Engineer. Salary is the same as when I started. In 2 months I'm going to discuss this to gain a raise, so I was wondering what range I should be looking for and what arguments I can give. As far as I can tell from researching the market online I could ask for 3500 gross. What do you guys think?
