Currently working here via Randstad with weekcontracten (hence the netto/week). This means my netto is higher, but when I take a day off (ADV or vacation day) it's basically unpaid, as I already received my vakantiegeld for the days worked.

In the near future headoffice will allow an extra FTE for the role I'm doing now and it seems a shoe-in that I will apply for that position and be selected as I will be doing the role for the last six months at that time.

At that time, what would be a good target to set my salary goal? I would be working here for about 2 years without having received a raise (other then index). Also knowing that for the last 2 years they will have been paying Randstad additional costs for me.
