Job Context: *Currently managing our entire IT environment on my own. So this means support, projects, purchasing, etc... I'm very happy with the job I have and the place where I work but I'm curious where I land with my salary. Personally I'm pretty happy right now with how much I earn, benefits included.

My job is also a little bit as IT manager as I have to come up with projects and improvements on my own and follow up all projects and manage the budgets.
