Job Context: I manage the whole infra (M365, Azure and On-prem) of our company. This means Support, Project Management, Improvements, Purchasing/billing, Software/license management, Security, etc.. Everything.

I see my job more as IT infra manager but officially my title is SysAdmin. Since this month we hired a junior colleague who is going to help me in supporting our company and the IT environment. Officially I'm not his +1 but I take the lead and have to guide him in his new role.
