I'm quite happy with my job at the moment, especially for the free time and almost zero stress. I have a feeling my salary is on the low side but as a statutory official I can't really complain. My only complaints, rather "minor annoyances", would be the commute and having almost no telework anymore.
I'm on the fence to start job hunting because we recently bought a house and our family will be expanding soon. The only reason I would change my job for is salary. What package could I ask a potential future employer that would be reasonable? Or just hang on to my current job?
Thanks for reading.
