Rate my salary

Thinking about quitting my current job, and possibly even move away from IT to do a job with more satisfaction. I now have the feeling that the work I do has no importance and I don't really like the things I'm doing. On the other hand, I feel like my salary is OK for the education I have and I am wondering what I could do outside of IT to keep up the same life standard (or a bit less).
