Question

I want to become a freelance in this field. Those who already did it, any advice ? minimum seniority or level of expertise needed ? Things to think about that someone like me would not think about ?

I know my salary is high for my position (will lower next year with the disappearance of the copyright) and am quite lucky. Didn't really need to rate it, my post was only for my question (see above) but since everyone shares their package, I thought I might as well do the same too.

I still wonder what I can negociate to increase it further.Salary is not the only thing I can negociate even though it's the most important for me.
