My colleaguen who has almost the same salary as me is always complaining that we are not paid enough for what we do, that the grass is greener in other companies in the same business, i wanted your opinion.

This job is kinda stressful sometimes, a lot of stuff get done always last minute or late, people get away with a lot of bullshit because "we need to be human and consult them if they want to do this or that and ask them to chose", and i have to admit that it is taping on my nerves.

There will be some opportunities to evolve, but i wonder if the salary will be worth it, because the working atmosphere is definitely not.
