Compare job offers

Hi,

I am currently working in a company that I really love, but my job is a bit ‘meh’. It’s very administrative and not very challenging, I could ofcourse try to get a different job in the company, but we have to stay in our first fonction for 3 years at least (I’ve been here for 1,5 year)

As my 2nd yearly evaluation is coming up, they already told us there is ‘no budget’ for a potential wage increase. Despite me getting good results (I always get my targets and even go beyond).

I speak 6 languages (Dutch, French, German, English, Spanish and Japanese) and graduated as a Bachelor in Linguistics at University. I’ve been working for 5 years, I’ve basically switched jobs every year because I didn’t have a fixed contract this is the first time that I have one.

Reasons why I would be reluctant to change:

  • I don’t want the fact that I’ve changed a lot ‘look bad’
  • I like the company I work at
  • I like my colleagues
  • I like certain advantages that my employer offers me
  • I like the industry I work in
  • What if I’m not good at the sales job?

Why I would consider the change:

  • More variation in my job
  • An international context
  • My dream job would be account manager and this job is a step towards that
